Project Details
- March 2023: Initial project planning begins, with a focus on modernizing diagnostic services at Port Hardy and Port McNeill Hospitals. The team selects a CT scanner vendor, and procurement processes commence.
- August 2023: Construction begins on a specialized mobile CT pad at Port Hardy Hospital, carefully designed to accommodate the scanner and meet all safety and operational standards.
- November 2023: Completion of the CT pad construction, followed by the delivery and setup of the mobile CT scanner unit, ensuring all systems are ready for operation.
