Project Information
Completed in March 2021, the 749 School Road Supportive Housing project in Gibsons, British Columbia, consists of a three-storey building with 40 self-contained studio units. The development was delivered in partnership with BC Housing, RainCity Housing, and the Town of Gibsons.
The facility provides 24/7 on-site support services, including outreach, wellness checks, life skills training, and employment assistance, with additional access to health and recovery services through Vancouver Coastal Health. The project also involved community consultations and required zoning and Official Community Plan amendments prior to construction, which began in 2020 following site demolition.
