Installation of Mobile CT Scanner
Island Health
Project Overview
A critical healthcare infrastructure project for North Vancouver Island, the installation of the mobile CT scanner at Port Hardy Hospital enhances access to advanced diagnostic services for remote communities. Delivered in partnership with Island Health, the project involved the construction of a purpose-built pad and coordination of a state-of-the-art mobile imaging unit. Through careful planning and execution, this project supports faster diagnosis, reduces the need for patient travel, and strengthens the region’s healthcare capacity.
